Plateau Land & Wildlife Management has been helping rural landowners protect and enhance their land since 1997. Today, our team of certified wildlife biologists, registered property tax consultants, wildlife services technicians, and full staff set us apart from everyone else. No other company has a greater depth of knowledge in wildlife or provides a wider variety of land and wildlife-related products and services.

Mission

Plateau assists owners of rural land to increase value by conserving, restoring and/or improving their property’s native wildlife and habitats through science-based solutions and exceptional customer services.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off – accrual rate based on years of service, approximately 120 hours of paid time off for the first year of employment (based on 40 hours worked per week)

  • Group Health Insurance – new employees are eligible to join Plateau’s group health insurance on the first day of the month after their first 30 days of active employment. Company pays 85% of the employee medical benefit. Dental, Vision, and Short-Term disability are available at additional cost.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Title:   Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Status:          Full time, Non-exempt
Hours:         M-F, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Reports to: Director of Sales     

 

Dripping Springs office seeing Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work for our growing family of companies. This person will be responsible for answering a multiline phone system with various administrative assignments.

Responsible:

  • Answer multi-line phones
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist with outgoing mail
  • Inventory office supplies
  • General Administrative and Clerical duties
  • Oversee general office appearance

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Friendly personality
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work with a great group of people

Wildlife Technician/Field Technician

Job Title:   Wildlife Technician/Field Technician
Status:          Full time, Non-exempt

Plateau Land & Wildlife is a growing company providing services to rural land owners around the State of Texas. We are looking for people to join the team in our Dripping Springs office. We offer a great work environment with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

We are looking for an individual to work with out Wildlife Biologist assisting our clients who are rural land owners with activities on their property to maintain their wildlife management plan. You must be able to drive a truck and trailer, back up the rig, check nest boxes, fill feeders, fill water tables and along with several other activities. You will get to walk on some of the most beautiful private land in Texas and learn about wildlife activities.
